Experienced and friendly healthcare professionals are on hand to provide health checks for people aged 18+ who live or work in Herefordshire. They are also able to offer support with any issues that are affecting health and wellbeing and to signpost to support services. Anyone who is not currently registered with a GP surgery is invited to drop in for help to get registered.
